Scottish Road Works Commissioner Steps Down

Roger Culpin, Chair JAG(UK) and Jerry McConkey, Joint Chair HAUC(UK), on behalf of JAG(UK), thank Elspeth for her strong support for both JAG(UK) and HAUC(UK). JAG(UK)'s relationship with RAUC(S) has certainly strengthened during her tenure as Scottish Road Works Commissioner particularly in the sharing of ideas and her enthusiasm and encouragement in promoting better practices in the Roads and Street Works Community.
